Meet Our Directors

Jeanne Coco
Camp Co-Director
"Thirteen years ago, I felt a nudge to attend an informational meeting about Royal Family KIDS Camp. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the people I met, the mission I discovered, and the deep sense of purpose I felt leaving that meeting changed everything. That week of volunteering at camp was just the beginning.
The following year, I felt called to join the ministry leadership team—and my life hasn’t been the same since. I never imagined that the professional skills I developed over 35 years in the corporate world would play such a vital role in ministry. But even more transformative has been how God has refined me, softened my heart, and drawn me closer to Him through caring for His little ones.
Royal Family KIDS Camp is so much more than a program; it’s a glimpse of His eternal kingdom at work."

Kim Webb
Camp Co-Director
"I began volunteering with Royal Family KIDS in 1986 when I was just 18 years old, in Southern California. Having experienced years of abuse by a teacher, I felt a deep passion to help children who have also endured trauma. My mission has always been to remind precious kids that they are deeply loved by God, that the abuse they experienced is not their fault, and that God will also bring hope from their pain.
Royal Family KIDS has become my redemption song. As Genesis 50:20 reminds us, 'What the enemy intended for evil, God intended for good.' And Romans 8:28 declares, 'We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.' These verses have carried me through my journey of serving and healing.
It’s been a joy to serve alongside my family and see this ministry become our family’s legacy. My husband, my daughters Hayley, Gabrielle, and Chantal, along with their husbands Joey and Ben, have all been able to join in serving. Watching my family pour into this ministry fills me with immense gratitude.
Over the years, I’ve been blessed to take on many roles within Royal Family KIDS: big camper, Bible teacher, drama/music/teen coordinator, child placement coordinator, and camp director. Serving on the leadership team is a privilege, and it’s an indescribable joy to play a part in bringing God’s love to life for the incredible children we serve."

Chris Webb
Logistics Director
"I got involved with Royal Family KIDS Camp through my wife. She first experienced camp during her college years and came back with a deep passion for its mission. After hearing about her experience and learning more, I had the privilege of meeting Wayne and Diane Tesch, the camp's original founders. When we moved to Colorado, my wife dreamed of bringing Royal Family KIDS Camp here. Together, we spent four years working to establish the camp at Southeast Christian Church, and it's been an incredible journey ever since. Logistics are my strength, and over the years, I've had the opportunity to take on many roles—from video and photography to handling the behind-the-scenes details. I truly enjoy being the behind-the-scenes guy and capturing the kids' fun personalities for their memory books."

Lead Team
"My wife and I were looking for a way to serve at church when we first heard about Royal Family KIDS. My wife had helped Kim Webb with camp during its first year and came to me saying, 'Hey, I think we should do this.' We decided to step out in faith, and the Lord led us on this journey. Fourteen years later, we’re still here, and it’s been an incredible blessing.
When I first started, my big question was, 'Can one week really make a difference?' Every year, I’ve seen the answer to that question unfold in powerful ways—it absolutely can. Now, with the addition of the mentor program, we’re able to continue seeing and supporting the kids beyond camp.
Royal Family has become a family service project for us. Our kids have been able to serve alongside us, and I’ve met my absolute best friends through this ministry. We’ve been richly blessed by the opportunity to serve and witness God’s love transform lives."
